With over a decade of experience in UK accounting and financial management, Maria has built a practice around the specific needs of the construction sector. Her knowledge of CIS, VAT domestic reverse charge, ISO compliance, and complex tax advisory is practical — built from managing these cases for real clients, not from reading about them. She holds professional relationships with specialist tax consultants, enabling VABK to take on complex cases — HMRC investigations, business exits, inheritance tax planning — that a practice of this size would normally refer out. Every client relationship at VABK is managed personally by Maria. That's a choice, not a limitation.

Georgiana is a valuable addition to the VABK team, bringing with her a wealth of experience in administration and bookkeeping. With a strong background in these fields, she is well-equipped to handle the demands of her role at VABK as well as being a loving mother to her 3-year-old daughter.

Natalia supports VABK as a Junior Bookkeeper, bringing precision, reliability, and a genuine care for clients. With over 20 years of experience living in the UK and a background in Accountancy and Finance, she combines technical knowledge with a practical understanding of UK businesses. Her methodical approach and dedication to accuracy ensure that every detail is managed with consistency and clarity. Outside of work, Natalia finds joy and balance in spending time with her two beloved cats, reflecting her calm, patient nature in everything she does.
